Préventex is managed by a Board of Directors composed of an equal number of employee and employer representatives from the industry. Each party appoints six representatives including one co-chair.

Every financial year, the Board of Directors names an executive committee, also under joint representation. The Board meets at least four times a year; executive committee meetings are called as needed.
